It's been 5 years since I started working out.. When I first started working out, my goal was just losing weight. But now it's more than just losing weight..It's about living my life happy and healthy and fitness became my biggest passion : ) I'm fitter and healthier than Ever now and I've wanted to share all the tips and information that I've earned from my experiences with folks out there who are interested in & struggling with fitness and trying to lead a healthy life. Also it would be great if I get to interact and share valuable tips with other people who are working on their fitness!! : )
운동을 시작한지 5년 남짓되었다.. 처음에 운동을 시작했을땐 단지 살을 빼야겠단 생각만으로 시작했지만 지금 나에게 있어 운동은 행복하고 건강한 삶을 위한 것이 되었고, 내 열정을 쏟아부을수 있는것이 되어버렸다. 그 어느때보다 건강한 내 모습을 보면 참 기쁘고 뿌듯하다..그동안 여러 시행착오를 겪으면서 값지게 얻은 정보와 팁들을 공유하고 싶다는 생각으로 이 블로그를 시작하게 되었다.. 건강한 삶을 살아가려는 많은 이들과 만날수 있는 좋은 기회가 되었음 좋겠다는 바램을 가져본다~
